Well it looks like Spring has finally arrived in Canberra, and only a day after Summer started. At this rate Summer should get here by about February..................2016. I am not a huge fan of summer, I prefer to be cold than hot. At least humidity isn't an issue here most the time. I am a firm beleive that anything over 26 degrees is the same as a milion degrees. Somethign which is often said on one of the local radio stations.
Watched a lady just go by on a bike with a kiddy-trailer with a child in it. It seems to be dangerous enough riding a bike on the road, with all the morons who can't share the road. Why put your kids in danger by whacking them in a trailer on the back? Fuck that for a joke. Besides, she was in lycra dn that is just wrong, Whats wrong with riding a bike in shorts and a tee-shirt?
Speaking of kids, apparently whenever I leave the house (or go to the toilet, or have a shower, or take the rubbish out) Daughter sits there and says 'Where's Daddy gone' constantly unil I get back. I never beleived Woman when she said this until this morning when I was in the bathroom and could hear her in the bedroom asking it over and over again. It cracked me up, I am going to have to go out more now just to drive Woman up the wall.
Went to the Queanbeyan Sunset Markets tonight. They were not very big, but there was some nice stuff there. I picked up a nice bottle of sparkling Shiraz. The best part is that the winery is only about 15 mins from home. Yum Yum.
That reminds me that we should go back down to the Snowys and get schnapps again some time, the apple schnapps was awesome. I also need to check out a little brewery down there that apparently makes an awesome cider.
